Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind. Any refund will be at our absolute discretion.
Where the goods have any fault, customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund, except where it can be demonstrated that the customer misused the product in a way that contributed to the problem. Please notify us of your concern via email hello@essentiallybub.com so that we can promptly assist you.
Returns to Sender due to incorrect details or non-collection from post office
If your order has been returned to us, due to us being provided with incorrect delivery details or for not having been collected from your local post office, you are eligible for either:
- Refund of the original purchase price minus postage costs incurred by Essentially Bub.
- Redelivery of your order to the correct delivery address - you will be charged an additional postage fee.
